Commission POS
Posterita web pos handles both commission paid on an hourly and performance basis. Designing a commission scheme is very simple.
Hourly Commissions
Our retail management system can easily track the number of hours worked by any sales associate as they clock in and out of the system. Based on the preset hourly rate and number of hours worked, the fixed commission is calculated for each one of them.
Variable commissions
A retailer can choose to reward its staff based on a simple flat percentage of sales irrespective of sales level. Others might prefer to set different percentage according to sales level. For example, from of 0-5000 USD it can be 2% and from 5001-9,999 6% and anything above 10,000 is say 15%. It is even possible to give a flat sales percentage on any sales level and to give further incentives on sales above a certain level
In all the above scenarios, Posterita supports these variable commissions very easily.
Split sales commission
In some stores, more than one sales associate might have sold some items. This can happen if, say, a family buys shoes for all its members but pays everything together.
Posterita is able to share fairly the different sales by splitting the sales among the different staff.
Refunds and exchanges
Sometimes a customer bought products for which he later asks for exchanges and refunds It may also happened that the person who did the sales is not the associate processing the exchange. Posterita allows the retailer to track all these type of situations and re-calculate commission levels on returned or exchanged items.
Commission report
Commission report for each individual can be generated by Posterita web pos.
