  • How do I create an account?

You can install Posterita revolutionary cloud-based POS for free. It costs nothing to use - no matter how many stores you plan to operate with it. For the cash register versions, you just need to complete our sign-up form and agree to our terms of services. For the Enterprise edition, it is also free from any license fees. However, it is available via our reseller network. You will need to get in touch with one of our resellers. You can do so by filling the form here

  • Where can I get my verification code?

When you signed up, you should have received an email with a verification link and code. Sometimes, this email might have been wrongly directed in your spam box. Please check. In case, you cannot find this email, please send us an email on support@posterita.com and just mention your business name with the subject verification code. We will reply to your email within 1 business day.

  • Where can I see a demo of Posterita?

You can test Posterita POS by clicking on web-demo. This account has been pre-filled with all necessary information for you to experience our revolutionary POS.

  • I forgot my password

To get your password, you need to send us an email with your business name and your username on: support@posterita.com

  • I want to switch to Posterita. Can I upload my master file?

Yes this is easy. In order to do this, please export all your data files from your previous POS system and upload these data within the application. You can also get in touch with us and one of our expert will walk you through the process and upload your data on Posterita, if need be.

  • Why is Posterita only supporting North American Services?

We do not have the resources needed at the moment to localize for every different country. For example, you will certainly require some fields or some modifications to fit local regulations or might want to translate UI. Modifications require resources that we are not able to allocate to these developments right now and put server loads onto our system. We hope to be able to make this available to you shortly.
